Monday First Day of Summer

It was a long busy weekend. As good as it was I was happy to see the end of it.
I had planned to sleep in I guess 7:45 may be sleeping in since I was up before 7 all weekend.

I am sitting and waiting for the phone to ring. I know it will, I have a phone interview scheduled shortly. It's for a receptionist position. So I need my best phone voice on. I have been thinking about how to answer my own phone to make a good receptionist impression.

Mean while School is over for the kids I have been making them work hard today the kitchen is cleaner and all of G's socks are matched. I have done a lot of laundry and the Dryer is buzzing in the background (better turn that off before the phone rings in 3 minutes.) The kids start day camp next week. I can't wait but I will miss them. H's summer swim season has started and we decided to have her swim two teams this year which will mean some interesting time crunches G will have baseball start next week.

That was a very pleasant interview/phone screening. It's for a reception potions with Hospice care. ever other weekend Both Saturday and Sunday 8-5:30. So 8 hours a week I need to consider this more. Now to decide if I will go to the civil service exam I signed up for tonight. I am not feeling my best and I am afraid I don't know enough.

I didn't get as much done today as I wanted to. I did do some cleaning I did make the kids do some cleaning. I did get food bought for Dinner tonight and tomorrow through lunch. The kids wrote a nice menu for the week.

I am off to finish some things up and yeah go to the exam. So that is what I have done on the job front well that and clicked on a busy link several times today for Spherion. Yep they emailed me back and asked me to fill out another form on line but it isn't working right now....>sigh<.... more from files of the frustrations of job hunting that is not directly connected to not getting the job...Oh wait now it's working and it seems to be what I already did....
